General
What is ROFL? ROFL is a limited-spot giveaway platform where you can enter to win high-value prizes across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
How do the giveaways work? Each giveaway has a limited number of paid spots. Once all spots are sold, the giveaway ends and one winner is randomly selected.
How long do giveaways last? Every giveaway runs for a maximum of 30 days. It ends early once all paid spots are filled.
Entering & Buying
How do I enter a giveaway? Simply choose your tier and purchase an entry on the website. Each entry gives you one chance to win.
Can I buy multiple entries? Yes, you can purchase as many entries as you’d like in any active giveaway.
Is there a limit to how many giveaways I can enter? No. You can enter as many active giveaways as you want.
Prizes & Winning
How is the winner chosen? One winner is randomly selected from all valid paid entries using a certified random number generator.
What does “Winner’s Choice” mean? The winner can select any available prize from that tier’s current prize pool.
Can I take cash instead of a prize? Yes. Winners may choose to receive 90% of the fair market value of their chosen tier.
When will I know if I won? Winners are notified by email and/or text within 48 hours of the drawing.
Refunds & Duration
What happens if a giveaway doesn’t sell out? If a giveaway does not sell out within 30 days, all paid entries are automatically refunded in full.
Are refunds available after I purchase? Refunds are only issued if the giveaway does not sell out within 30 days. Once a giveaway sells out, all sales are final.
Eligibility & Rules
Who can participate? You must be 18 years or older and a legal U.S. resident. Residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island are not eligible to participate.
