ROFL, INC. – OFFICIAL RULES

 

1. ELIGIBILITY This promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of ROFL, Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

2. PROMOTION STRUCTURE ROFL, Inc. operates limited-spot giveaways across four tiers:

  • Bronze Tier – $10 per entry (prizes up to $250)
  • Silver Tier – $25 per entry (prizes up to $500)
  • Gold Tier – $50 per entry (prizes up to $1,500)
  • Platinum Tier – $100 per entry (prizes up to $5,000)

Each giveaway has a limited number of paid spots. Once all paid spots are sold, the giveaway closes immediately.

3. GIVEAWAY DURATION Every giveaway runs for a maximum of 30 days. The giveaway ends as soon as all paid spots are filled. If the giveaway does not sell out within 30 days, all paid entries will be automatically refunded in full.

4. HOW TO ENTER Participants may enter by purchasing an entry through the ROFL platform in their chosen tier. Each paid entry gives the participant one chance in that specific giveaway.

5. DRAWING & WINNER SELECTION One winner will be selected by random drawing from all valid paid entries using a certified random number generator. The drawing will occur when all paid spots are sold or at the end of the 30-day period, whichever comes first.

6. PRIZE & WINNER’S CHOICE The winner may select any available item from that tier’s current prize pool at the time of the draw.

Cash Alternative: The winner may instead choose to receive 90% cash option of their selected tier. Cash will be issued via bank transfer or approved payment method.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION The potential winner will be notified by email and/or text message. The winner may be required to provide valid government-issued photo identification to confirm eligibility. Failure to respond or verify within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. TAXES The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. ROFL, Inc. will report winnings as required by law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of ROFL, Inc., which are final and binding. ROFL, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, or any other social media platform.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY ROFL, Inc. is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues that may affect entry or the drawing process. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless ROFL, Inc. from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

11. DISPUTES Any disputes arising out of this promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
